A great low fat dressing that I use with grilled chicken breast and greens. Ingredients:
1/3 cup rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon peanut oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute |
1 tablespoon mined green onion |
1 teaspoon minced ginger |
1 minced garlic clove |
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and serve. |
