casserole Ingredients:
6 ounce artichoke hearts |
20 ounce frozen spinach, thawed |
1 tbsp pepper |
1 ounce fat free cream cheese |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1/2 cup chives |
Directions:
1. mix artichokes with strained spinach. Beat cream cheese with yogurt, pepper and chives. Spread over casserole. 2. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes covered and then 10 uncovered. |
