creamy, light alternative to traditional alfredo sauce Ingredients:
2 tbsp flour |
3/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
2 cups skim milk |
1 tbsp parsley |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt, pepper in a sauce pan. Stir in milk. 2. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and begins to boil. Boil one more minute. 3. Stir sauce into 12 oz. fettucine noodles, cooked and drained according to package directions. Toss in cheese and oregano. |
