8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, cut into bits |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all incredients in sauce pan over medium heat. Heat, stirring occassionally, until cheeses melt and the sauce is creamy. Serve over cooked pasta. |
