Ingredients:
4 tablespoon(s) butter |
12 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 cup(s) chopped pecans |
1 egg |
1 box(es) graham crackers |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
3 tablespoon(s) milk |
2 cup(s) powdered sugar |
1 cup(s) shredded coconut |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Line a 13x9 pan with one layer of graham crackers. Mix filling- melt 12 T butter in saucepan and add sugar. Beat the egg and 1/2 cup milk. Temper then add to butter mixture.Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add the pecans, coconut, 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs. Pour over the layer of graham crackers. cover with another layer of graham crackers. Then top with glaze- 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 t vanilla, 4 T softened butter, and 3 T milk. |
