A low-carb mixer to make mojitos. Great for a party or individual use. Just mix with rum.
Ingredients:
7 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup key lime juice
3/4 cup granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as splenda®)
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
Directions:
1. Mix water, key lime juice, sweetener, and mint extract in a large pitcher; stir to dissolve sweetener.
