This is a fast and easy way to make a low carb dinner. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 cup chopped onion |
2 chopped green onions |
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning |
3 slices avocados |
1 slice monterey jack cheese |
2 slices lettuce |
Directions:
1. Mix turkey, onions, and taco seasoning. 2. Grill for approximately 20 minutes. 3. Top with cheese and avocado. 4. Serve on a slice of crisp lettuce. |
