A family favorite, done low-carb. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1 small onion, diced |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 cup chili powder |
1/2 cup salsa |
4 cups salad greens |
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped |
1 avocado, sliced |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger with onion. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then add chili powder and salsa, and let simmer. Serve over greens garnished with cilantro and avocado slices. |
