A family favorite, done low-carb.
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 small onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 cup salsa
4 cups salad greens
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger with onion. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then add chili powder and salsa, and let simmer. Serve over greens garnished with cilantro and avocado slices.
