I love my mushrooms, especially with cheese. These are so very good and easy to do. Ingredients:
4 medium mushroom |
2 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic |
Directions:
1. Separate stems from mushrooms and chop stems. 2. In a saucepan saute the chopped mushroom stems and garlic in 3. butter until tender, then add softened cream cheese and mix well. 4. Place mixture into mushroom caps and bake in oven for about 5. 15 minutes. |
