Finally something I can have to snack on yummy Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal |
1 cup flax seed meal |
2/3 cup parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon badia seasoning |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. heat oven to 375. 2. mix all ingredients together. 3. use two cookie sheets and layer with parchment paper. 4. with large fork spead as thin as possible. 5. bake 15 to 18 minutes watch carefully do not burn. 6. remove from oven let cool. 7. try to break in large pieces. |
