low carb salmon croquettes |

I don't know where this recipe came from,but they are great for low carb diets. They are rather delicate to handle.I use 2 spatulas for frying Ingredients:
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained,skin removed |
1 stalk minced celery |
4 scallions, chopped |
1 egg (or substitute) |
1 tablespoon dill |
1/2 cup wheat germ |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix 1st 5 ingredients. 2. Form 4 rolls. 3. Gently roll them in the wheat germ to coat. 4. Fry in oil,turning gently until crispy on all sides. |
