I'm on a low carb diet & taking hCG shots. Not much food is allowed at first, but dishes like these are keeping me happy.
Ingredients:
romaine lettuce
100 grams chicken breast
a handful of chopped strawberries
(or one chopped apple)
dressing
2 t vinegar
1/4 t. spicy mustard
2 drops stevia
salt
Directions:
1. cut chicken into chunks suitable for salad eating
2. cook chicken in a little water while preparing produce
3. cut up Romaine as you wish; I like it cut small
4. cut up strawberries
5. mix dressing ingredients
6. drain chicken when done & add to salad
7. toss with dressing
