I'm on a low carb diet & taking hCG shots. Not much food is allowed at first, but dishes like these are keeping me happy. Ingredients:
romaine lettuce |
100 grams chicken breast |
a handful of chopped strawberries |
(or one chopped apple) |
dressing |
2 t vinegar |
1/4 t. spicy mustard |
2 drops stevia |
salt |
Directions:
1. cut chicken into chunks suitable for salad eating 2. cook chicken in a little water while preparing produce 3. cut up Romaine as you wish; I like it cut small 4. cut up strawberries 5. mix dressing ingredients 6. drain chicken when done & add to salad 7. toss with dressing |
