1 1/2 lbs center-cut pork chops, rinsed, dried, and cut into 1 inch chunks |
1 (8 ounce) package small white mushrooms, cut in half lengthwise |
1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch square pieces |
2 large bell peppers, cut into 1-inch square pieces |
1/3 cup italian dressing |
Directions:
