I adapted my favorite cookie recipe because I started the Atkins diet. They were pretty good. I liked the original recipe because it is so simple and easy and everyone loves them. Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter |
1 cup sugar substitute |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. mix ingredients in a small bowl. 2. drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet. 3. bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until set. |
