Ingredients:
2/3 cup Quaker regular oats

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
|
1 tsp baking soda
|
1 large egg, beaten
|
1 cup peanut butter
|
6 tablespoons brown sugar
|
4 oz dark chocolate morsels
|
53.3 g old-fashioned rolled oats
|
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg, blend in peanut butter and brown sugar. Mix dry ingredients, except morsels, and blend in with egg mixture, using a spatula. Fold in morsels. Chill dough 30 minutes. Use 1 1/2 Tblsp of dough per cookie and drop on parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake 9-12 minutes (9 for softer cookies; 12 for crisper), Cool 10 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a rack to cool completely before storing at room temp for up to 7 days. Note: 53.3 g of rolled oats = 2/3 cup dry. |
