1/4 cup flax seed meal |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 (1 g) packet splenda sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. Take a coffee mug. 2. add all dry ingredients. 3. mix. 4. add egg and butter. 5. microwave for 1 minute. 6. Enjoy! |
