A quick sweet and savory snack or lunch. Ingredients:
6 slices deli turkey |
3 teaspoons prepared mustard, any style you like |
6 slices swiss cheese |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free strawberry jam |
4 tablespoons chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Lay out each slice of turkey flat and spread each with 1/2 teaspoon of mustard. 2. Lay one slice of cheese on each slice of turkey. 3. Mix together the jam and the pecans. 4. Spread a line of the mixture along one end of each of the roll ups. 5. Roll up each roll from the jam end and serve. |
