Great mexican comfort food using tortillas, Ro-Tel tomatoes, and creamy soups! Ingredients:
12 low carb flour tortillas |
2 pounds ground sirloin |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
20 oz ro*tel |
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Tear tortillas into pieces. Spread 1/2 in bottom of 9 X 13 pan. 2. Mix remaining ingredients (hold some cheese back for the top if you want). 3. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into pan, spreading evenly over the torn tortillas. 4. Layer the rest of the tortillas over mixture, top with remaining mix. 5. Top with remaining cheese if desired. 6. Bake at 325 until bubbly. |
