This is a quick, satisfying low carb dessert, prefect for Atkins or Somersizing. It is NOT low fat. Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream |
1 scoop crystal light sugar free low calorie lemonade mix |
8 ounces softened cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Sweeten the cream with the lemonade mix, to taste; use no more than one little tub from the container. 2. Beat in softened cream cheese. 3. Chill for 30 minutes. |
