Iced coffee is an excellent pick-me-up during summer. I was trying to make a Frappucino copycat low carb and this is what I came up with. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons coffee |
3 cups water |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
6 packets splenda sugar substitute (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Brew coffee and chill. 2. Add cream and sugar. 3. Mix well. 4. Add ice cubes or crushed ice. 5. Enjoy! |
