I'm on this very low carb diet & decided I wanted something tasty & crunchy. Before going on this diet I occasionally visited a local restaraunt for their fried pickles. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix, blend |
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream |
1/3 cup lea & perrins worcestershire sauce |
1/3 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 1/2 cups crushed pork rinds |
1/2 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
2 teaspoons black pepper |
12 ounces whole dill pickles |
Directions:
1. Mix together ingredients for egg wash, whip, set aside. 2. Mix ingredients for seasoned dip in shallow dish. 3. Slice pickles 1/8 inch thickness. 4. Dip into seasoned egg wash then into seasoned dip. 5. Place in foil lined pan, bake at 350 for 20minutes. 6. Enjoy. |
