                    I needed a heavier flatbread to serve marinara sauce on instead of noodles. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup almond meal  |  
                                                1/4 cup coconut meal  |  
                                                1/2 cup ricotta cheese  |  
                                                4 eggs  |  
                                                1/2 cup cream  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Spread into oiled 9x13 inch pan. 3. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown.                              |
