Frustrated by the sugary eggnog sold around the holidays? This is a low carb version - but NOT low calorie. Ingredients:
1/4 cup eggbeaters egg substitute |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
1/3 cup cold water |
splenda sugar substitute |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix everything except for nutmeg together. If the water wasn't cold, chill until cold. You can also substitute a couple of icecubes for some of the cold water. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Spike with rum if you want. Cheers! |
