Great Peanut Butter cookie recipe for those low-carbing it. Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter |
1 1/3 cups splenda sugar substitute |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. • Combine all ingredients well. 2. • Roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Press down slightly with a fork. 3. • Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. |
