A nice treat during your low carb/ketogenic diet
Ingredients:
2 (1/3 ounce) boxes sugar-free jello (any flavor -strawberry is awesome!)
2 cups boiling water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
Directions:
1. Dissolve JELL-O into boiling water.
2. Stir in whipping cream.
3. Add cream cheese, mix until blended.
4. Chill 1 to 2 hrs before serving.
