Unfortunately very high in fat and therefore also somewhat high in calories. Ingredients:
1/2 cup whipping cream |
4 teaspoons splenda |
1 tablespoon cooca powder |
1/4 cup light whipped cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put the first 3 ingrediendts, in order, in a blender. Blend and eat. 2. For that special touch, spoon into a crystal wine glass and top with a small squirt of spray can whipped cream and a sprinkling of cocoa powder |
