A low carb wrap filled with sauteed chicken breast, onions, and red peppers (even mushrooms). Also tastes great garnished with romaine lettuce and tomatoes. Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla |
1 chicken breast |
1 tbsp light mayonaisse |
1/8 red pepper |
1/8 yellow onion |
1 slice provolone cheese |
Directions:
1. Season chicken to taste and sautee 2. Add onions and pepper and sautee 3. In a seperate sillet, brown the tortilla 4. While tortilla is browning, place provolone cheese on top of chicken and vegetable mixture. 5. Remove tortilla and add mayonaisse, romaine lettuce, and tomatoes. 6. Scoop up meat and vegetable mixture and place on wrap. 7. Wrap and enjoy! |
