this is a low-carb version of chicken cordon bleu. very filling & very flavorful! Ingredients:
1 lb cut boneless chicken |
4 slices black ham |
4 slices good swiss cheese |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon mustard |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
garlic powder |
fresh cracked black pepper |
1/4 cup cream |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. cook chicken, put into a casserole dish. then mix mayo, parmesan cheese, garlic powder,black pepper,broth & cream together. Add swiss cheese & ham. pour over chicken. Mix the topping ingredients together, pour over chicken mix & bake on 350 for 45 min! |
