A sweet fix when your on the low carb diet.
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix together softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup splenda, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, beat well.
2. Then add 2 eggs and beat again.
3. Cook in a pyrex dish about 6 x 6 glass dish at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minuntes.
4. Until center is firm.
