This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
12 ounces cool whip |
2 teaspoons vanilla, flavor |
pie crust (optional) |
fresh fruit (optional) |
no sugar added pie filling, opt (cherry recommended) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (in mixer) and smooth into optional crust. 2. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling then pop in the fridge overnight. |
