Easy and fast low-carb snack Ingredients:
1 7/10 cups grated cheese |
4 egg whites |
2 tsp wheat flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
Directions:
1. Beat the egg whites until firm, add all other ingredients carefully (you may want to sift the flour). With two spoons, scoop tiny balls out of the batter and bake at 225 degrees celsius until golden brown. 2. The balls do not keep very well, they're best served immediately. |
