Found this recipe on a google search but had to get it out of google's cache because the site was down. Saving here for reference and to see what the nutrition would be. ETA: Finally had a chance to actually make this recipe. It's awful. I'd delete it if I could. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted |
1 cup splenda granular |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
2 cups almond meal |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
4 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large microwaveable bowl. 2. Add Splenda and vanilla to melted butter, cool slightly. 3. Add almond meal, cinnamon and eggs, mix thoroughly. 4. Pour into buttered 8 square glass baking pan. 5. Bake 325 for 40 minutes. 6. Once thoroughly cooled, refrigerate. 7. Cut into 16 squares and serve. |
