Low Carb Banana Egg Pancake |

This is a quick and easy low carb recipe. I like this for getting a little bit of carb into my meal and protein (makes eating eggs a little easier) Ingredients:
1 banana mashed well |
5 eggs (2 with yolk, 3 with egg white) |
1tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp of clove |
1 tsp of vanilla (optional) |
1 pinch of salt (optional) |
1 tbsp olive oil (i use olive oil to ensure that i get some good fat into my breakfast to start the day) |
Directions:
1. Mash the banana well and add the eggs. 2. Beat with a fork and mix well. 3. Add the spices and mix well. 4. Oil up the pan and cook on both sides. 5. Serve with a small amount of cream cheese or I can't believe its not butter( any low butter substitute that is low in trans fat) |
