A sweet balsamic vinaigrette using Splenda in place of sugar. I modified a friend's recipe to meet my dietary restrictions and it is now my favorite dressing. Make a salad with romaine and top with toasted pine nuts and crumbled goat cheese. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
2 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute |
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
2/3 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Blend together. Chill. 2. Let sit overnight. |
