These little darlings are low carb, wheat free and delicious! Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 large eggs, beaten |
1 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted |
1/2 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Line muffin tins with foil or paper baking cups. 2. Combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. 3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well blended. 4. Spoon into baking cups. 5. Bake muffins 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes. |
