Ingredients:
15 oz. pumpkin
1 splenda quick pack
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 cup half n half
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
2. Blend all ingredients together.
3. Bake 50 minutes or until set.
