These healthy alternatives to pancakes gives low carbers a break from eggs for a day. Also great with a Berry Syrup and some butter with a side of bacon. Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal/flour |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup water |
2 tbs almond oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tbs honey |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. 2. Melt tbs of butter in pan until bubbly. 3. Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of mixture to the pan. 4. Cook till bottom browns, these won't bubble. 5. Flip and cook till browned on both sides. 6. Garnish and serve. |
