this is a family favorite, its great on chicken, shrimp and veggies. I'm on a low carb diet and was thrilled when I realized how low in carbs this sauce is. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in med. sauce pan, stir over low heat until smooth, best used when warm. |
