Found this on lowcarbfriends but it had no title. It has 4 of everything, hence the name! Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
4 slices bacon |
4 slices swiss cheese |
4 ounces mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper chicken breasts, wrap bacon around chicken, and use grill pan with a little EVOO. 2. Cook chicken on medium-low heat until done (about 20 min total). 3. Add mushroom to top of chicken breast, cover with swiss cheese & place under broiler about 1-1/2 min or until cheese is bubbly. 4. Serve with Salad or green vegetable. |
