i love pumpkin bread but don't love the fat. i found a pumpkin bread candle today and it made me crave pumpkin bread so as soon as the weather gets cold i'm going to try to make this haha Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
2 cups splenda granular |
2 cups pumpkin (cooked fresh or canned) |
4 egg whites, beaten |
1/4 cup cooking oil |
1 cup applesauce, unsweetened |
Directions:
1. over 350. 2. make sure you grease the pans (2 because this makes 2 loaves 3. mix all dry ingredients, set aside. 4. next mix the pumpkin, eggs, applesauce together (also if you're adding nuts do so with these ingredients). 5. combine all ingredients. 6. pour mixture into two pans. 7. bake 45 minutes to an hour. 8. let cool. 9. eat : ). |
