Good on green salads Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup vegetable juice, low sodium |
2 tablespoons garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon horseradish |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon basil |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except olive oil in a shaker and shake until combined. Add olive oil and shake again. |
