Yogurt is great for everything, as I have learned. I love honey mustard dressing, and for you diet-conscious people out there, this is definitely a great substitute for the real thing. Great for dipping or putting on salads Ingredients:
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard |
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute (or more depending on personal taste) |
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and enjoy. |
