A cool, refreshing, low calorie fruit smoothie for those managing their weight Ingredients:
1/2 cup crystal lite beverage |
1/2 banana |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup of your favorite crystal light beverage (I like fruit punch), 1/2 bananna, 4-5 ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy. 2. Adjust ingredients to your preferred consistency. Try your favorite fruits. |
