Low calorie soup with Tuna, veggies, and some pasta. If you like the flavor of dill and Tuna fish, this is a very tasty soup perfect for a cold day. Ingredients:
18 gram stock, vegetable |
6 ounce tuna |
85 grams pasta, dry |
1 cup carrots, chopped |
1 cup celery,chopped |
1 cup green beans, frozen |
8 cups water |
1 tablespoon dill |
1 tablespoon basil |
Directions:
1. Place all ingrediants in a large pot. Boil all ingrediants until vegetables are at desired tenderness and/or pasta is cooked. |
