1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 cake pan. 3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. 4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes. 5. Let cool and serve.
