Low Calorie Cheese Sauce

This is a quick and easy one, and almost as good as something richer
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons instant dry milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Put water in blender.
2. Measure in all except cheese.
3. Blend til foamy.
4. Pour into heavy saucepan, at high heat, stirring constantly.
5. It should thicken in a few minutes.
6. Remove and add cheese.
7. Stir til cheese melts.
8. Add more flour for a thicker sauce.
