Tasty and Filling but low calorie
Ingredients:
1 kg carrots
1 onion
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground mace
2 chicken stock cubes
Directions:
1. Fry onion in frylite until softened
2. Add spices and carrots and saute for a few minutes.
3. Pour in stock and boil till soft.
4. Liquidise and enjoy
