This is a low calorie salad that I find quite addictive! I never thought celery and cinnamon would go together but it does! Time to make includes a chill. Ingredients:
1 apple |
8 ounces celery |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons sugar substitute (splenda) |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Chop apple and celery into bite size pieces. 2. Put celery and apple in a plastic bag or bowl and mix with remaining ingredients. 3. Chill for 1 hour and serve. |
