This is delicious over cooked vegetables...just about any kind! Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 -3 anchovy fillets, drained, minced |
1 -2 drop hot pepper sauce, to taste |
Directions:
1. In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Serve hot or cold. |
