a mainstay....have this soup everyday...switch out some of the ingredients for subtle changes. Ingredients:
2 medium onions |
2 cups celery |
8 cloves garlic |
6 cups kale |
24 oz tomato puree |
1 medium rutabaga |
2 bell peppers |
4 bouillon cubes |
4 large carrots |
1 1/2 gal water |
Directions:
1. Chop all the vegetables and add to pot with bouillon cubes, s and p, basil, hot peppers, etc. Top off with cold water, and bring to a gentle boil. |
